CCMIS software requirements

What's needed to have CCMIS software on your designated desktop

Please see the following email routed to perspective CCMIS Supervisor software clients:

To: Prospective ACD Supervisor Terminal Client,

This information is meant to give you an overview of the software available that provides information on how your Automated Call Distribution Call centers perform with tracking their incoming phone calls. This software gives you the ability to monitor your Call Centers live phone call tracking for each call center that is preprogrammed for your terminal. You may print Ad-Hoc reports and as many as you want any time of day, with the exception of interval reports that hold the information for only 31 days, daily reports for 366 days, weekly reports for 52 weeks and monthly reports for 12 months. Or you may have preprogrammed reports that may be scheduled to route to your terminal or printer. Your Service Manager coordinates the preprogramming and scheduling of your automated reports.

What type of equipment is needed?

Designate a PC in your area where it will be used for monitoring purposes of your call center(s) and a printer.

This software is compatible with:

Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

What type of software?

ITS Engineering will provide and install the software license for your designated ACD Supervisor terminal.

How much does it cost?

The one time install fee is $1,800. This fee covers the license, engineering time to install the software and Service Management time for training.
The monthly recurring fee is: $100.00

What is the turn around time for having the software license ordered and installed?

The software license takes 3 weeks for ITS to receive- (if we have to order it). Your Service Manager will coordinate the scheduling of the installation of your ACD Supervisor Terminal with you the client, and an ITS Engineer.

Who should be in attendance on day of install?

ITS Engineering requires your designated Department IT Support technician be present on the day of ACD Supervisor Terminal software installation, in order to assist with any desktop configuration that may stall the install process, such as fire walls or IP confirmation of desktop or printer.

Client Consultant assisting with this process: example: D. Zepeda

Additional information about the pricing structure can be found on ACD web site.

What to expect now that you subscribe to the CCMIS Supervisor Software service

What could stop your reports routing to your desktop?

The routing of the ACD CCMIS Management reports through the Stanford network is dependent on the IP address of the designated desktop that has the CCMIS installed. Our internal ACD CCMIS system is programmed to have this information matching with that of the designated desktop CCMIS Supervisor. Once the end user either has a new computer installed, or the desktop stopped working or was shut down and a new IP address is generated to that particular desktop (i.e., due to DHCP configuration), the CCMIS system will not recognize the newly configured IP address desktop and will result in no routing of ACD reports due to an IP address change. A request to have the software installed is in order, either by submitting a call to 5-HELP, submitting a HelpSU request, or an on line web order through the orderit.stanford.edu site. A re-installation fee of $125.00 will be billed as a one time charge.
