ACD Agent Setup Questions

  1. Depending on what other special features will be requested per set, each multi line set (display is recommended) will require a number of keys with basic functions:
      ACD login key
      Personal number
      Make Busy
      Transfer

      Other Programmed Keys:
      Message—if the personal number has a voice mailbox
      Message—only once per ACD, for each mailbox used for overflow or off hours
      Night Service—only once per ACD, usually on the Supervisor set
      Ongoing existing features that will need to be kept (i.e. Speed Call, Intercom, etc.)

      Special Keys that will need further consultation:
      Display Queue Status
      Line of Business
      Agent Status Lamps
      Etc.

  2. Will there be a telephone set for each agent logged in or will agents share sets at different shift times?
      List the primary directory number of each existing set that will be upgraded/reconfigured

  3. How many sets and type of set will need to be ordered?
      8 button display or non display, 16 button display speaker, ash or black

  4. Will there be any physical moves that directly relate to the agent set deployment?
