The Stanford IT Help Desk and Systems Control Center are staffed Monday through Friday, 8 to 5. After hours and holiday trouble calls are answered around the clock by Stanford Operators, who refer system-wide problems (problems simultaneously affecting several customers)immediately to on-call repair technicians; individual user problems are referred to and addressed by the Systems Control Center at the start of the next business day.
