Description

HPACK is a platform-independent archive and compression utility similar to Zip or Zoo, but with better compression (at the time it was originally written) and a variety of other additional features, such as public key encryption and signatures.

This package is provided only to deal with old archives. For new file archives, a newer compression format should be used instead.
