DDD 3.3.11

Summary

Description: Graphical front-end to command-line debuggers
Source: http://www.gnu.org/software/ddd/

Support

This package is available for all platforms. This package is unsupported and provided on an as-is basis.

Description

"Classical" UNIX debuggers such as the GNU debugger (GDB) provide a command-line interface and a multitude of commands for these and other debugging purposes. DDD is a GUI wrapper around an GDB, DBX, or XDB debugger. In addition to the command-line interface of the underlying debugger, DDD provides a common graphical user interface to support debugging tasks. The DDD graphical data display allows for interactive exploration of data structures.

Changes

3.3.11 2005-03-14

New features and minor improvements. A bug in DBX mode introduced in release 3.3.10 has been fixed. A bug which prevented DDD from properly displaying ISO-8859-1 characters (and probably other character sets too) under Motif has been fixed.
