My IT Services Site Frequently Asked Questions
- Where do I go online to view and print my monthly ITSS statements and to order telecommunication services?
To reach the My IT Services site to view, print your monthly statements and order telecommunication services, go to Axess (https://axess.stanford.edu).
Click the "Student Center" tab. Look under "Other Links" for the My IT Services link. - How do I get access to the IT Services Site?
To use the My IT Services site, you must have a SUNet ID. All students have a SUNet ID and have access to the Site. If you are having problems accessing the site, submit a HelpSU request; select Request Category of Web Applications, Web Sites; Select Request Type of My IT Services. - How can I get help?
Help to use the site's features is on the My IT Services site as a help link on the menu bar. That takes you to the My IT Services help site, which has detailed instructions: http://myitserviceshelp.stanford.edu.
If you are seeing charges you don't think are correct, submit a HelpSU request; select a Request Category of Student Services, then a Request Type of Student IT Services Services Billing. HelpSU is here: http://remedy-prod.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/helpsu2. - How do I look at my monthly bill(s)?
On the My IT Services site, select my bills from the menu bar, then select the View bill tab. Select the billing month for which you would like to print/view your bill. - How do I make a payment?
Go to the 'Stanford ePay' web site for information on payments and billing. For FAQs about Stanford ePay, go to http://co.stanford.edu/students/sar/faq.html#1. - How do I place an order request using the My IT Services Site?
On the My IT Services Site, select my services link from the menu, then select the My Services tab. Follow the instructions on the My Current Services page for ordering new, disconnecting, changing services. Order Requests will be placed in the My Cart tab. To submit your order for Processing, select the My Cart tab; select the order; click on 'checkout'. The order will move to the 'My Orders' tab. All orders submitted for Processing will be displayed under the 'My Orders' tab. - I want to place a Long Distance Call, but want to know how much it costs.
There is no charge for domestic long distance calls made from a Stanford phone. To get a cost estimate for an international long distance call, contact the Stanford IT Help Desk at 5-HELP (650-725-4357). You will need to provide the country code.
