This course is designed to take you on a guided tour of the Worklist Manager. Worklist Manager is an automated process manager that manages process flows across multiple work activities, making business processes flexible, visible, and changeable. It focuses on formal approval, approval tracking, and approval auditing.

The course should take about 30 minutes to complete.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:
