Changing Your Paging Status
This procedure lets you change your paging status to reflect your current paging availability. Callers hear your status setting when they attempt to page you.
DIAL: 222
ENTER: * and YOUR 5-DIGIT PAGING ID
ENTER: YOUR PASSWORD
If you have not set a password, skip to the next step.
ENTER: YOUR NEW STATUS CODE
Note: A list of status codes and their effects is available below. You can also hear a listing by using this procedure and pressing "#" followed by "3" after entering your password.
After entering the appropriate status code, hang up, or press the appropriate number to perform another function.
Status Codes
2 for "Available on premises."
3 for "Available by phone. Please call my office."
4 for "Available off premises."
5 for "Not available."
6 for "Page for emergencies."
