Using Features: Referral

Setting, Changing, or Deleting Your Referral

This procedure lets you enter a telephone number to which the system refers callers paging you. After callers enter your pager ID number, the system tells them you are taking calls at the referral phone number you have entered.

DIAL:  2 2 2

ENTER:  * and YOUR 5-DIGIT PAGING ID

ENTER:  YOUR PASSWORD

If you have not set a password, skip to the next step.

PRESS:  #

PRESS:  1

If you already have a referral phone number entered and want to delete it without replacing it, you can press "2" at this step and then hang up.

PRESS:  1

PRESS:  2

ENTER:  REFERRAL PHONE NUMBER and #

The system plays back your referral phone number.

When you finish entering the referral number, hang up, or listen to the system prompts and press the appropriate number to use another feature.

DON'T FORGET: Having a referral phone number entered will override all paging status settings. Remember to delete the referral phone number when you are ready to receive pages again.
