How to Reset Your PIN

Complete the following steps to reset your PIN.
1. After logging in to Spires, type select personal profile and press ENTER at the "Your Response" prompt.
2. Type OK at the "Your Response" prompt and press ENTER.
3. Type entry at the "Your Response" prompt and press ENTER.
4. Type mod pin (or 1) at the "Your Response" prompt and press ENTER.
5. Type entry at the "Your Response" prompt and press ENTER.
6. Enter your PIN information as prompted in the on-screen directions. When you have finished entering PIN information in the three fields, type send at the "Your Response" prompt and press ENTER.
