Between 6 and 8 a.m. this Saturday, November 7, Stanford's central web servers will be patched to fix a known bug that has caused several servers to become unresponsive over the last few weeks. This will mean that for short periods of time on Saturday, some Stanford web pages will be inaccessible. Because the problem has been so visible, IT Services is taking this opportunity to update all the web servers and hopefully eliminate the service interruptions which have occurred recently.
