Samson is a terminal emulation program that enables your Windows PC to communicate securely with Stanford campus host computers via telnet. Samson has been discontinued. If, however, you need to use Samson to connect to Unix Spires and are running Windows XP or 2000, you may also want to download the Spires Session Installer.

Samson emulates a DEC VT100 terminal, with extensions to support SUNet ID-based Kerberos authentication in conjunction with PC-Leland, plus other features such as support for color.
