LelandSSH Installation and Use
On this page:
Installing and Launching LelandSSH
- After downloading LelandSSH the application should
decompress and be on your desktop.

- Drag the application icon to your Applications folder.
- To launch LelandSSH double click on the icon.
Using LelandSSH
- After launching LelandSSH you will see the following
screen:

- To open an SSH session:
- If necessary, enter your SUNetID in the SUNetID field.
- Select the host you want to connect to from the Sessions field and click Connect.
- To add a Session:
- Enter the name of the host you wish to connect to in the Host field.
- Click Add.
- To create an alias for a saved session:
- Select the appropriate session.
- Click Make Alias
- An alias will now appear on your desktop that you can double click
on to open an SSH session to the host in question.
