Stanford recently started migrating our mail service from using Sendmail to using Postfix. One issue found was that postfix does not support LDAP v3 (SASL) binds (or LDAPv3 simple binds, either).

This patch updates postfix to support LDAP V3 binds. It has been submitted to the postfix development list.
