WebAuth General Access Permissions

WebAuth is Stanford University's web-based authentication system.

WebAuthGeneral provides a standard set of data to its client webservers, but some data is only returned if it's been set world-visible. Complete data is made available via the WebAuthPrivileged identity, to those clients who qualify for that access.
