AFS at Stanford
Introduction
AFS (short for Andrew File System) is an online disk storage system employed by universities, research institutions, and similar groups around the world for organizing and maintaining computer data. Every owner of a full service SUNetID is granted 2GB of disk space in AFS for storing web pages, text files, images, computer programs, email, and other forms of online information.
