An Aerial View of the Crystal Palace and Exhibition Grounds

This aerial rendering of the exhibition offers an impression of the sheer scope of the Crystal Palace and surrounding fair grounds. The Palace itself was more than 1,800 feet long, and 450 feet wide, with a height of up to 135 feet. Enclosed in its confines were 18 acres of land.
