* Introduction to Buddhism: Be the Master of Our Mind

How to control the momentary fluctuation of our thought and direct it towards constructive orientation ? How to keep our mind intact from being swayed by the external influences, while solidly grounded from being detached from reality ?

Buddhist teaching concerns about the oneness of our life and environment. In the meeting, we'll illustrate specifically how Buddhist Chanting enable us to fuse ourselves in resonance with external reality.
