Nita Singh graduated from Stanford with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering in 2003. While at Stanford, Nita participated in many mentorship and tutoring activities for women in science, engineering, and business as well served as a Head Instructor for the Technical Communications Department. Upon graduation, Nita joined Intel's Mobility Group where she held various positions including Mobile Platform Architecture Engineer and Low Power Intel Architecture Operations Manager. In these roles she had the opportunity to travel extensively to the Asia-Pacific and India to manage Intel Mobility's presence at high impact forums and oversee international growth strategies and development.
Nita currently works as a Senior Management Consultant with a boutique consulting firm focused on Health Care Strategy and IT services. In her free time, Nita continues to pursue activities in the areas of high tech and social entrepreneurship, microfinance, and education development.
