Mike Tyson in Cuba

Dwight Peterson send us this information, but I am puzzled by his conclusion: "Mike Tyson is indeed a convicted felon, having served time in prison in the Mid West for several years after a conviction for rape. He is alleged to have yelled obscenities in Spanish to the media in Cuba, and I can only presume his Latino fellow inmates are responsible for teaching him those choice words, because he is not bilingual.

For the last year or so Mike Tyson has engaged a man by the name of Shelly Finkel to handle all of his business dealings to attempt to clean up and legitimatize his image. Mr. Finkel is thought of as an honest, hard working man with his clients' well being uppermost in his endeavors, if it is possible that such an individual exists in the sordid world of boxing.

With Finkel in the picture and the prospect of serious parole violations for noncompliance, I cannot but think that proper visas, waivers etc. etc. were secured, probably with close collaboration with our State Department".
