PARAGUAY: Neuva Germania
Palo Alto must have several sister cities, but the only one I know is Oaxaca, Mexico, and I have not heard about that sistership for years. I suppose these alliances work quietly and therefore get little publicity.
David Woodard has established a relationship between Juniper Hills, California, and Nueva Germania, Paraguay. How the correction arose he does not say:

The Juniper Hills Community Choir has recorded the anthem, and an mp3 will be uploaded presently. However, I am also seeking to have a professional choir or quartet record the work for presentation to the colonists".

WAIS has never discussed Sister Cities, an interesting concept if it amounts to anything.
Perhaps Tim Brown, who was stationed in Paraguay, can tell us something about Nueva Germania.
