International Criminal Court



Tor Guimaraes asks: "What would happen if any innocent Vietnamese civilians hurt by US troops sued for damages? Can anyone address this general topic more fully?" This may explain the reluctance of the US to recognize the international criminal court. One of the curses of the US is the filing of frivolous lawsuits against anyone though to have a deep pocket. The world thinks the US has a very deep pocket.
