International Law

I have received several messages saying that international law does not exist, and protesting my statement that this view is peculiarly American. Rob Gaudet, an American lawyer, says: "America does recognize international law. Every treaty ratified by the Congress signals our clear acceptance of public international law which, in essence, is nothing more than the sum of those agreements".
