LAW: Re:Class action suite against Microsoft

The WAIS consensus is that it is unfair to sue Microsoft. From Seattle, where MicroSoft abides, Rob Gaudet says: "Actually, Gates was losing the "Bill and Hilary" antitrust lawsuits against him. That's why Microsoft agreed to settle numerous claims. Right now, Microsoft is settling antitrust claims brought by various states and private entities. My law firm is advising Microsoft on how to settle the class action suits fairly. I've done some research on the ethical parameters of settlements for the benefit of Microsoft. Note: this defense work is the one exception to our plaintiff's practice".
