Rob Gaudet exculpates Microsoft of the charge that it should sued because viruses invaded its software: "The question is whether MS has violated its duty of care to its consumers.Ê Probably, it has not because it takes all types of precautionary measures to ward off viruses.Ê IT is not required to accomplish superhuman feats but only to live up a "reasonable" standard of care for their consumers".
