The Media: LANIC Electoral Observatory

A new service provided by the Latin American Network Information Center (LANIC) at UT Austin that may be of interest to WAISers. The project is the Electoral Observatory, with linkspages for Latin American and Caribbean countries that will hold elections between now and 2000.
