JAPAN: Eisenhower and the Bomb

David Pike clarifies his complaint about the posting of August 11 on the dropping of the bomb. I said, "Had he (Eisenhower) lived, history might have very different." Of course. I meant to say "Had Eisenhower prevailed..." I nodded, and I thank David for waking me up.
