ISRAEL: Judged by Europeans as the number one enemy to world peace

"A poll conducted throughout the EU by the European Commission has been suppressed because a sample of Europeans from each member state named Israel as the worst enemy of world peace, ahead of North Korea or Iran."

Somehow the results were leaked to El Pa’s and the International Herald Tribune newspapers, and the reaction by international Jewry has been fast in coming. Major Jewish lobby groups and even the Simon Wiesenthal Centre have called for the EU's exclusion from Middle East negotiations and denounced what it sees as the worst outbreak of antisemitism since the end of WW II. Anti Jewish attacks in France have been singled out although most of these crimes (trashing Jewish stores and so on) have been committed by young Moslems and not ethnic Franco-Europeans.
