Northern Ireland

     The February, 2000 issue of the excellent World Press Review features articles on "Drawing Ireland Together." They were written before the breakdown of the new regime of Northern Ireland due to the unwillingness of the IRA to begin decommissioning its weapons. The IRA is cut from the same cloth as ETA, a gang without scruples about killing many innocent people. The apparently impotent world suffers from such criminal groups.
