New Iraqi text books

Stuart Rwlings writes: "A recent WAIS e-mail referred to the need to change Iraqi text books to revise the history of Saddam Hussein's regime. I wonder if any WAISERs know how the US conquest and occupation is being described in these new texts".

A very good question. As I understand it, Americans are supervising the revision, but I imagine they are having lots of arguments with the Iraqis who actually write them.
