Referring to the gloomy comments of some WAISers about the euro, Christian Leitz, now the historian of the UBS in Zurich,
says "It sounds to me not like a case of "Europe Angst", but a bout of "conspiracy theoritis", a malaise which appears to
affect far too many people nowadays (and is happily propagated by the popular media). Who is this mythical oligarchy of
bureaucrats??" RH: I tend to agree with Christian. I remember we had similar cases of angst when I discussed the dollar
with Hamilton.
