UK: A prediction on war with Iraq

From the UK, George Sassoon reports: !The latest story in the British press is that the Americans will win the war from 15,000 ft. and go home to a heroes' welcome, and British troops will be left in Iraq for the thankless task of policing the place after the great 'victory'". RH: I interpret this "prediction" as simply an expression of the anti-war feeling prevalent in Europe. The statement by the Bush administration that if necessary it would use nuclear weapons against Iraq has not improved the mood.
