Carlos Lopez of Chile says: "The "killing under Pinochet" was terrible, no doubt. However, if you add all the
political killings in Chile during his tenure and compare them with the rest of Latin America, Chile ranks 11th in absolute
numbers. I regret that even one Chilean was killed, but let's apply the same judging criteria to the rest of the world". RH:
This should be self-evident. I wish Carlos would give us the list he quoted, nut just in absolute numbers but as a percentage of
the population.
