Application Fee or Waiver

Submit the $90 nonrefundable application fee with your First-Year or Transfer Common Application and Stanford Supplement. Be sure to submit both forms successfully because we are unable to refund the application fee under any circumstances.

Freshman Fee Waiver Request

Select the fee waiver option if you are applying for financial aid and meet the College Board guidelines. Applications will not be reviewed until we receive a fee waiver request form or letter from your counselor or school official. Forms must include your Common Application ID number and may be sent via mail or fax: (650) 723-6050

Transfer Fee Waiver Request

Select the fee waiver option if you are applying for financial aid and meet the College Board guidelines. Applications will not be reviewed until we receive a letter from your current institution's financial aid office verifying that you are eligible for a fee waiver.
