OVAL Registration

Admission Volunteer Instructions

To register as an Admission Volunteer, please follow these steps:

Step 1

Open your Stanford Volunteer Clearinghouse profile page by first logging into the Stanford Alumni Association (SAA) Web site.

Step 2

On the SAA log-in page, enter your user name and password. If you do not have an SAA log-in, follow prompts on this page to create one.

Step 3

Once logged in, you will be directed automatically to the volunteer profile page of the Stanford Volunteer Clearinghouse (SVC).

Step 4

Fill out the profile and select “Admissions.” If you already have a profile on SVC or are creating a new profile, please make sure you select “Admissions” as one of your choices when answering the second question (“With Whom Would You Like to Volunteer”). This choice indicates your interest in being an Admission Volunteer for OVAL.

Step 5

After completing your volunteer profile, press the red “Save Profile” button at the bottom of the page.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation regarding your profile within 24 hours. If you do not, please repeat the above steps. Be sure to check your junk mail folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox. Once you have registered for OVAL, as the need arises, you will be contacted in the future by the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
