philanthropy

In November 1999, Delta Delta Delta sorority officially adopted St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as its national philanthropic partner. Since that time, TriDelta chapters across the country have raised money and awareness for the hospital in a variety of ways. TriDelta chapters nationwide have not only donated 3 million dollars to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in the last few years but have also pledged to raise ten million dollars over the next ten years.

TriDeltas at Stanford are involved in both national and local philanthropy efforts. At the Omega Chapter of TriDelta at Stanford, we contribute both to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the local Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital. Our main events are Charity Denim in the autumn and Charity Brunch in the winter. We also hold Delta Bubbles charity carwash, have a TriDelta team of dancers at Dance Marathon, and get involved in a variety of other campus-wide efforts.
