Treeathlon Volunteer Information

Date: Saturday, March 1st

Time: Arrive at 10:00AM if you are helping with registration.
            Arrive at 1:00 pm if you are helping with the set-up
Location: Meet at the Sequioa Yacht Club, 441 Seaport Ct, Redwood City, CA 94063-2730
 
Duties include helping to set-up the race course, transition area, hand out packets. Stay as long as possible. The more people we have, the faster the set-up will go.

Date: Sunday, March 2nd

Time: Arrive by 6:00AM.
Location: Volunteer check-in will be located in the Sequioa Yacht Club Look for signs.
 
We will need a few volunteers to arrive at 5:30AM to help with the parking, etc. since some athletes will arrive at 5:30AM. Finished by noon. Duties include helping with race day set-up, directing traffic on course, helping out with aid stations, and insuring the safety of the racers.
If you cannot make any of these dates but would still like to help out, please let us know and we will keep you posted about alternative volunteering opportunities. Be sure to tell your friends about volunteering as well by sending them this page (Treeathlon Volunteers).
