The Stanford Ticket Office (STO) is available to all Stanford organizations, to provide professional ticketing and event registration services. No matter the size of your event, we'll work with you to ensure your event goes smoothly and extraordinary customer service is provided to your patrons.
Levels of Service
There are three basic levels of Ticketing Services:
Ticket printing only- The STO will print tickets for your event, for you to distribute on your own. This level of service is only available for events with no admission cost. An additional charge may apply if you would like our assistance in distribution.
General Admission- Our most basic level for event with an admission cost. The STO will make your tickets available by phone, web and at our ticket window in Tresidder Union. Within 10 days of your event we will provide you with a closing statement, detailing the financial information for your event. In addition we can provide you with a list of all your patrons, including email addresses (when available) for your marketing needs.
Reserved seating- This level of service is similar to the General Admission level, with the exception that your patrons will book exact seats, instead of choosing their seat when they get to the event.
