what we're doing now!

Welcome to Stanford. The taco bell architecture. The rolling foothills. The padlocks and policemen.

On Wednesday, October 4 at 11:30 pm, Think! and all the assembled hikers (the "Foothills Liberation Front") will hike to the Dish. Just like the one you went on ProFro weekend or the one your RA took you on during Orientation. This year of course, your RA did no such thing, because "the Man" closes the Dish at seven o'clock, and midnight hikes are verboten. Another Stanford tradition bites the dust (in this case, the dust of the tractors that repaved the asphalt road over the main Dish trail, much to runners' enjoyment).

We will meet at 11:00 pm at the Tresidder Bollards, next to the parking lot. We'll talk, sign the petition, and watch our ranks swell into thousands brought together by something a bit more important than the next Skank Delta Ho party. From there, at 11:30 pm, we hike, dance, and drum into the Foothills, past the guarded gates, and disappear into the sanctity of the night. Join in a fight for students' rights and the winds of freedom.

what do we want?

We want every 12 year old to have access to the Internet. And that's not all. Here is the unofficial list of demands from our affiliates at the Foothills Liberation Front.

What's more important than what Think! wants is what you (the general, massive public) want. What do you think! the Foothills policy should be; Unlike the University, we're actually interested in what you have to say.
