Synergy is one of seven cooperative houses at Stanford. Synners (or Synergites, depending on your religious conviction) bake, clean, cook, eat, plant, play, sleep, and study(?) in perhaps the most beautiful house on campus. We have a gorgeous lawn, Stanford's biggest (and perhaps most arable) garden, a sweet-smelling compost, too many fireplaces to count, lovely wood panels, and a great, thigh-strengthening hilly location.

Like our fellow coop Columbae, Synergy is a cannibal/vegan/vegetarian house. We often munch on wheat glutten, pretending it's the world's greatest pot roast. The house makes all of its decisions by consensus - a unique, sometimes painful, but ultimately rewarding process. Words can't fully describe Syn, so if you are interested in the house, just drop by for dinner.
