The next Meet the MenTEA will be on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 from 9:00-10:00 PM at the Women's Community Center (WCC).

SWE members represent a broad range of majors, interests, and experiences, and we like to take advantage of this diversity as often as possible. SWE members are also a fantastic combination of undergraduate and graduate students who come from different backgrounds, but have a lot to share with each other. The Big Sib Lil Sib Mentor Program pairs undergraduates with graduate student mentors at the beginning of the year at a Meet the MenTEA gathering and holds regular events each quarter so mentors and mentees can get to know each other. Mentees benefit from having someone there to help guide them through the undergraduate process, and mentors get to share their wisdom and advice. It's a truly valuable experience for everyone and a unique part of being a SWE member.
