This course is required of all researchers, must be completed within 30 days, and includes 4 modules:
General Safety and Emergency Preparedness Biological Safety
Chemical Safety Compressed Gas Safety
Radiation Safety course (and/or exam depending on experience).
Call Health Physics, 3-3201.
This course (or exam) is required before you work with any radionucleotides.
Bloodborne Pathogen Training is required of all individuals with occupational exposure to human blood, bloodborne pathogens, and/or other potentially infectious materials. Training is provided on-line.
