During fall and winter quarter, most of our time is spent writing questions, putting together tests, and checking over the tests. On the day of the contest, we need lots of volunteers to proctor, grade, and help make sure the contest runs smoothly! Are you interested in starting a site?
The 2008 math contest is being jointly held by Rice and Stanford. In past years, we have also collaborated with the Harvard - MIT Math Tournament. We are open to more collaborations, so if you are affiliated with another university and think you might be interested in starting a contest or merging a currently existing contest with this one, please write to Silas Johnson at silasj at stanford dot edu.
