The SBDC organizes a number of dance-related outings every quarter. Club members (anyone currently signed up for an SBDC class) are often given free or discounted admission. If you would like to receive information about these and other SBDC activities as they come along, you should subscribe to the Club's mailing list.

First Fridays at the Pavilion! Although many people from the club can be found at the Pavilion on any given Friday night, club members are especially encouraged to attend on the first Friday of each month. This gives newer or busier members one Friday night a month they can aim for and have a better chance of seeing people they know, and makes finding rides for carless dancers easier. Speaking of finding rides, this is an ideal use for our ballroom-social email list!

Second Fridays at Jammix! The second Friday of every month is typically the night for Jammix in the Roble Dance Studio on campus. Club members are encouraged to meet there on these nights to dance the night away!

Sponsored Outings with the Sunday Dance Classes! Once a quarter, to encourage the new dancers to become involved in ballroom dancing around the area, the club sponsors a trip to the Friday Night Pavilion for students in the Sunday Dance Classes. To encourage the newer dancers to come, the club pays for everyone's cover charge, and makes directions and information readily available at class. When possible, these outings are timed to coincide with the First Friday outings to make the SBDC presence as great as possible.
