Middle Eastern Belly Dance Series with Azar All dancing benefits from a strong torso. Why not build core strength through dancing? The ancient art of middle eastern belly dancing is a way to do exactly that! Azar has an extensive background in dramatic arts, dance, and art, and is as experienced in teaching as she is in performing. She teaches for the Stanford Health Improvement Program on Tuesdays.
