Standard Agarose Gel

Typical gel percentage between 0.5% and 1.5% (w/v)

0.5 - 1.5 grams Agarose per 100 mL

Microwave until boiled.

Add Ethidium Bromide while still hot. Swirl. Pour into mold with combs.

Add your DNA and ladders.

Put on Gel electrophoresis thingy.
