Divestment @ Stanford
On April 14, 2011, SPER renewed its call for divestment from companies that are profiting from human rights violations associated with Israel's military occupation of Palestinian land. Divestment from companies profiting from the Israeli occupation has been one of SPER's ongoing projects since the group was founded in 2007.
We are currently reaching out to the Stanford community, particularly other student groups, in connection with our renewed call for divestment, and we have a town hall meeting tentatively scheduled for May 3.
