Anthropologists have made a major discovery. carvings have been found inside caves in West Africa, dating back several thousand years, which depict stick figures, in rows, in various positions---bending, lifting legs, twirling, on tippy toe, etc.  This is unequivocal proof that line dancing was big in Africa, back in the day. so, be proud Stanford Soul Line Dancers, as we are carrying on a great tradition!
