Overview
The WiTec 500 is a combination atomic force microscope and micro-Raman confocal scanning microscope. The Raman Imaging Microscope System is an essential tool for the evaluation and local mapping of chemical structure, structural perfection, and defects in thin films, nanostructures, and bulk materials.
