SLS Mock Puts in Another Solid Performance at the ATLA STAC

Two teams from Stanford participated at the 2006 ATLA STAC West Coast Regional Tournament, performing well despite facing one of the hardest schedules possible. One team collected two wins out of three chances, just barely missing the semi-finals cut. The other team lost only to the eventual 1st and 2nd place finishers.

Both teams performed strongly in the face of intense competition. "Team A", comprised of captain Rae Woods, Ben Ratner, Jeremey Presser, Fred Smith, and alt/coach Tony Lopez won two out of three rounds against top national teams. "Team B", comprised of captain David Thompson, Crystal Tindell, Sara Humprhey, Joe Larson, and alt/coach Eric Chan faced the top two teams in the tournament but still managed to come out with a win.
